YRC Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: YRCW) is a transportation service provider. YRC Worldwide is a holding company for a portfolio of brands, including YRC, YRC Reimer, YRC Glen Moore, YRC Logistics, New Penn, Holland and Reddaway.

Earlier this week, YRC Worldwide confirmed its previous guidance that the company will achieve positive adjusted EBITDA on a consolidated basis and positive operating income for its Regional Transportation segment for the second quarter of 2010.

Also, the company announced that it expects its working capital expenditures, cash interest, advisor fees and other payments to generate a net cash usage from operating activities.
